1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Fific Systems Store Reliability Engine service (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Fific Systems provides automated reliability monitoring for Shopify stores. Our Service scans your store to detect issues, provides alerts, and offers guidance for resolving problems. The Service requires you to connect your Shopify store via OAuth.

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must connect your Shopify store. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Our Service is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees indicated for that plan. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

5. Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. After the trial period, you will be charged for the subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. No credit card is required to connect your store, but payment information is required to continue using the Service after the trial.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service to scan stores you do not own or have authorization to scan
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without our permission

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and all associated content, features, and functionality are owned by Fific Systems and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any losses or damages arising from your use of the Service. Our scans are designed to detect issues but cannot guarantee 100% detection of all problems.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date.
