How does the Shopify app install work?
You connect your store through Shopify's standard OAuth flow — the same process used by any Shopify app. We request only the permissions needed to read product and store data for scanning. No code changes to your theme are required.
Will scans affect my customers?
No. Scans happen in isolated browser sessions using headless Playwright. No real customer data is used, no real orders are placed, and your live store traffic is completely unaffected.
What happens if something breaks?
You get an instant Slack alert with the severity, affected area, screenshots, and specific guidance on how to fix the issue. You can also view all findings in your dashboard with full evidence.
How are my credentials stored?
Your Shopify access tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM with per-tenant keys. We follow Shopify's security best practices and never store credentials in plain text.
Can I customize scan frequency?
